Welcome Aboard: Hometown Law Grads Join the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office

The New Hires Reflect DA Tierney’s Commitment to Building a Formidable, Diverse and Forward Thinking Prosecutor’s Office to Serve the People of Suffolk County

(SUFFOLK COUNTY, N.Y.) – Suffolk County District Attorney Raymond A. Tierney announced today the addition of two recent law school graduates to his team: Assistant District Attorney Alexandra Raso of Port Jefferson (Hofstra University Law ‘20) and Jr. Assistant District Attorney Sean Murphy of Miller Place (Touro College Law ‘21).

“A successful and sustainable prosecutor’s office must rely on veteran experience but also incorporate fresh talent,” said Tierney. “I am particularly excited about our new additions because of the infusion of new skills and unbridled enthusiasm that they will bring. I extend a sincere and well deserved congratulations to ADA Alexandra Raso and Jr. ADA Sean Murphy. Welcome aboard!”
