Wheatley Heights Man Indicted for Raping Two 14-Year-Old Girls

Kemuel St. Juste Allegedly Utilized the Snapchat Handle “k3mnyy” to Communicate with Multiple Victims

(SUFFOLK COUNTY, N.Y.) – Suffolk County District Attorney Raymond A. Tierney today announced that Kemuel St. Juste, 26, of Wheatley Heights, was indicted for Rape for engaging in sexual acts with two 14-year-old children that he allegedly communicated with using the Snapchat handle “k3mnyy” between December 2024 and June 2025.

“Today, we are announcing the indictment of a defendant who allegedly used Snapchat to target and exploit underage girls in our community,” said District Attorney Tierney. “The charges detail a disturbing pattern of grooming and sexual assault against vulnerable minors, whom he is alleged to have manipulated. Our office is committed to ensuring that he is held fully accountable and that these young victims receive the justice they deserve.”

According to the investigation, in December 2024, St. Juste allegedly “quick-added” a 14-year-old female child on Snapchat using the handle, “k3mnyy.” On December 27, 2024, they met at a TJ Maxx in South Setauket where he allegedly had sexual intercourse with her in a bathroom at the store. Then in early January 2025, St. Juste allegedly picked the child up from her middle school and allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with her again in the backseat of his car. On another occasion in January 2025, when the child asked him to get a pregnancy test for her, he allegedly attempted to have her perform oral sex on him. Shortly thereafter, the child told her mother when she believed that she had become pregnant.

In June 2025, St. Juste allegedly approached a different 14-year-old female child at Smiths Point Beach and asked her to add him on Snapchat using the handle “k3mnyy.” After she did so, St. Juste communicated with her via Snapchat. On June 28, 2025, St. Juste and the victim met, and he drove her to a parking lot in Port Jefferson where he allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with her. At the time, St. Juste knew that the victim was just a sophomore in high school.

In January 2026, the second victim made a report to the police. While the police investigated that report involving a subject using the Snapchat handle “k3mnyy,” they realized that a complaint had also been made by the first victim involving the same subject in February 2025. The police linked the use of the Snapchat username and identified St. Juste through their investigation and placed him under arrest.

On February 13, 2026, St. Juste was arraigned on the indictment before Acting Supreme Court Justice Karen M. Wilutis for three counts of Rape in the Second Degree, a Class D violent felony, one count of Attempted Rape in the Second Degree, a Class E felony, and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A misdemeanor.

Justice Wilutis ordered St. Juste held on $750,000 cash, $3 million bond, or $7,500,000 partially secured bond during the pendency of the case. St. Juste is due back in court on March 25, 2026, and faces seven years in prison if convicted on the top count. He is being represented by Scottie Celestin, Esq.

This case is being prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Melissa Grier of the Child Abuse and Domestic Violence Bureau, and the investigation was conducted by Detective Ryan McGuinness of the Suffolk County Police Department Sixth Squad.

If you believe that you or your child has been a victim of St. Juste or recognizes the Snapchat handle “k3mnyy,” please contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
