The DA’s Office Investigation discovered evidence that should have properly been provided to a defendant, who was prosecuted and convicted of three 1984 gas station robberies, which was not turned over to the defense and which adversely affected the defendant’s Constitutional rights and the fundamental fairness of the trial process
