Fentanyl and Heroin Were Found in Jeremy McKnight’s Possession

(SUFFOLK COUNTY, N.Y.) –  Suffolk County District Attorney Raymond A. Tierney today announced that Jeremy McKnight, age 28, was sentenced to 12 years in prison after pleading guilty in May to Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.

The defendant also pled guilty to Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, a Class C felony, and was sentenced to 12 years in prison and 5 years of post-release supervision. Each sentence will run concurrent to one another.

The Defendant was sentenced before the Honorable John B. Collins.  He was represented by Daniel Barker, Esq.

This case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Danielle Davis of the Narcotics Bureau.
